Sana Salam
Founder & CEO
Sana Salam is the CEO and Founder of Sodales. Her inspiration to create the company came from her early childhood experience as she saw her father work as a utility worker in a grid station where workplace accidents and fatalities were witnessed very commonly, often causing a lifetime impact on families of close friends.
She migrated to the U.S., where she began her career as a mailroom clerk, saving for higher education. She worked her way up to become Managing Consultant at Capgemini, leading global ERP transformations across oil & gas, utilities, and engineering companies. She specialized in cross-platform architecture and complex sales cycles consistently exceeded performance targets. Her experience as a project manager turning around failed projects inspired her mission to create Sodales: to simplify the use of technology.
Sana is an Executive MBA graduate from the University of Toronto and the youngest person to have been admitted. With a strong background in both sales and technology, Sana Founded Sodales and bootstrapped it to transform it into a profitable platform company with global customers in regulated industries.
In her free time, Sana enjoys cooking different types of foods and spending time with her beloved son.

Nas Khan
Chief Product Officer
Nas is the Chief Product Officer at Sodales. Nas was paramount in transforming Sodales from a consulting company to the SaaS company it is today. His vision for creating the Sodales platform came from his vast experience and desire to proactively address workplace issues before they escalate.
Throughout his career working in global manufacturing and retail companies, Nas learned how unresolved employee concerns could lead to serious workplace accidents and lawsuits. He also played a key role in managing union negotiations, which deepened his understanding of the complexities faced by organizations in high-risk, highly regulated industries.
As a platform visionary, Nas leads product innovation and strategy including our platform user experience, its self-service capability, industry core innovation, industry specific innovation and platform roadmap.
He holds an MBA in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Ryerson University. Driven by a strong commitment to make a positive impact, he created and leads Sodales’ Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives that has already funded over 300 small business to assist needed communities overseas, donated a portion of Sodales’ revenues to support elderly and families in need in 3rd world countries. Outside of work, he enjoys staying active playing tennis.
