Sana Salam, Founder & CEO
Sana's inspiration to create the company came from her early childhood experience as she saw her father work as a utility worker in a grid station where workplace accidents and fatalities were witnessed very commonly, often causing a lifetime impact on families of close friends. She specialized in cross-platform architecture and complex sales cycles consistently exceeded performance targets. Sana is an Executive MBA graduate from the University of Toronto. With a strong background in both sales and technology, Sana Founded Sodales and bootstrapped it to transform it into a profitable platform company with global customers in regulated industries.
Nas, Co-Founder & Chief Product Officer
Nas was paramount in transforming Sodales from a consulting company to the SaaS company it is today. Throughout his career working in global manufacturing and retail companies, he learned how unresolved employee concerns could lead to serious workplace accidents and lawsuits. As a platform visionary, Nas leads product innovation and strategy including our platform user experience, its self-service capability, industry core innovation, industry specific innovation and platform roadmap. He holds an MBA in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Ryerson University.
Ravi Shankar, Technical Chief Product Officer
He holds a degree in Computer Science & Engineering, an Executive MBA/MPA from SP Jain Global, and a Chief Digital & AI Officer certification from ISB, and brings deep expertise in designing and delivering cloud‑first, full‑lifecycle platforms—scalable microservices, APIs, infrastructure as code, automated pipelines, observability, and resilient architectures. Drawing on experience working with enterprise ecosystems, he bridges legacy systems with modern interfaces to empower HR, operations, health & safety, and compliance workflows to run reliably, securely, and intuitively. He leads with strategic vision and a relentless customer focus, translating complex business needs into transformative technology solutions.
