Toronto, ON – May 26, 2025 – Today, Sodales proudly announces the appointment of Donna de Winter as a C-Level Advisor, where she will advise the C-Level team and senior leadership. Donna is set to play a pivotal role in offering business advice, strategic guidance and expertise to the company’s leadership. Her expertise will be instrumental in shaping and enhancing Sodales’ internal operational processes and systems, as well as guiding the organization through their future growth, partnerships and expansion.
Donna de Winter is a seasoned industry veteran with over 25 years of executive and financial leadership experience within North America’s high-tech sector. Most recently, Donna held dual roles as CFO and COO at Q4 Inc. from 2019 to mid-2024, where she spearheaded efforts to scale the company globally while refining its SaaS strategy. She has also served as CFO of Alida (formerly Vision Critical) from 2013 to 2017, where she successfully guided the organization’s financial strategy.
Throughout her career, Donna has held numerous C-suite leadership roles, including CFO, CEO and COO, positioning her as a highly respected leader in the tech industry and earning her a spot on the Top 50 Women Leaders in SaaS list in 2022. Her insights and expertise have also extended to boardroom leadership, as she currently serves on the board of directors for two private technology companies.
