Toronto, ON – March 11, 2026 – Sodales is pleased to announce the appointment of Moe (Mehmed) Mekanic as Chief Financial Officer. Moe joins Sodales to help advance the company’s strategic priorities and support its next phase of growth.
As CFO, Moe will lead Sodales’ financial strategy, including financial planning and analysis, capital planning, investor readiness, and building the financial infrastructure needed to support the company’s continued growth and operational scale. He will work closely with the executive team and founders to support Sodales’ long-term strategic vision.

Moe joins Sodales with a strong track record of driving financial performance, operational efficiency, and scalable infrastructure across fast-growing technology companies. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Finance at Triton Canada, where he led company-wide financial strategy across finance, data analytics, and legal functions while partnering closely with leadership and the board on capital allocation and growth initiatives.
